So sad, isn't it? Nikki and Dan have been planning for two years, now instead of a wedding and honeymoon he's on the virus frontline as an A&E nurse, and Nikki is probably about to lose her job, as Debenhams are rumoured to be going into administration :(

They've provisionally booked for the same weekend next year, the last one in April 8-)

They're both incredibly level-headed young people, I just hope Nikki gets a new job easily, as they took on a mortgage last Spring

Thanks both xx

I'm glad they're covered Osc, and wish them a very happy day, once this is over xx

Well here we are, eighteen months on, and finally I’ll be getting to wear my outfit! :D The wedding is on the 27th of this month, which also happens to be our 17th wedding anniversary :) 8-)

I tried the outfit on back in the summer and couldn’t get into it, but since losing my Corona Stone I’m back into it, thank goodness!

I didn’t get the bag in the end, but as I have a nice small silver clutch I’m not too worried, I have bought the matching fascinator - or fornicator as one of on D’s friends hilariously calls them  :P

Glad it is finally happening hope you have a nice time and they have a great day.

When my niece got married on 26th September this year, luckily booked two years in advance and never had to be altered, but as we drove into the venue there was a sign obviously left from the day before. It said congratulations Mr and Mrs Wotsit 3rd time lucky and we all thought fancy advertising that......then realised what it meant, not third husband/wife just third date arranged
