Hello all... on my way home from a super dooper day in Birmingham - sadly Jo wasn't able to join as she wasn't feeling well, but it was so lovely to meet Cruiser in person and goes without saying that Ally was very much missed as well.

And sorry - probably should have let everyone know but as the meet had been rearranged quite a number of times for various reasons it all of a sudden sort of ended up being the day. So heads up now already that the next meet hopefully will happen next year July ,and if anyone thinks they may be able to join then that would be absolutely amazing; it has been far too long that it's been more than 'just' the regular 5 or 6 of us. We'll make sure that we keep everyone updated better next year xx

With my day I could have had a few nights in Alentejo in a 5* hotel with B&B and evening meal.. petrol the meal and £25 for four hours parking....

The team were brilliant, excellent, as always.

But a tent on a weed patch in the middle of nowhere with a couple of grumpy old gits would do.

Peeps, can I just say that he meet is open to us all, it is not a closed shop. No matter where you are, who you are, how rich or poor you are, how inteligent or thick you are ( I qualify on part two) you are all welcome. When you see the Brum Meet thread next year please think about it. Ta.
