But you missed what I am saying: again! Please try to comprehend what I am saying about the messaging and their effects on people... of all types.
Yes, but whose messaging?
The Government is not baying for lockdown, it has reintroduced masks in places where a vast number (in the case of London millions), of people come in close contact on a daily basis plus a few more restrictions, especially on travel.
The other messaging, pundits, press and even devolved parliament leaders, are all spouting their own messages. But the government message actually remains the same. If there is a reason to take a precaution (omicron would seem to be a good reason), they will. Then they will monitor. If it makes no difference the precaution will be removed.
All the rest of the messaging? Well if you listen to everything everyone says, then you will go round in circles till you disappear up your own rectum. Really!
The problem is not so much that the Government messaging is crap, it is that people, for a couple of decades now, have a maniacal focus on knowing everything "anyone" has to say about stuff they are interested in. The press and media have clued in on this and supply drivel for them to consume.
They're confused. No wonder. OFF button. Works a treat. News aggregator. Also works a treat. Headlines? No thanks.
