Two thick slices of pork loin sandwiched ham and cheese, with a thick slice of pineapple on top, with curry sauce

Actually, quite nice

Grumpy had a very different sauce with his, as well as a fried egg.

David has acid reflux and was a little worried, so he had lamb cutlets. but tried my sauce and loved it.

The pork here is very different to what you get back in England. He was praising the veggies from Pingo, which I think are mostly rubbish. Hate to think what they get in Canada from what he was telling us.

Portuguese cooking.

Kill it, gut it, fry it, serve it with chips peas and rice. Pretend it's 'a dish'.

Or go home, dig out the Italian, French and the much hated Spanish cook books and make something edible.

All the ingredients are there in abundance, it's just that the imagination / flair is missing.
