Good morning Monday

Postby Ally » 20 Dec 2021, 07:13

Good morning.

Sunny and showers forecast for later. We've had no rain since April  so any wet stuff will be very welcome.

I'm off for a walk shortly then looking forward to spending a day at home after being away.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Wet :Hi: :Hi: And very mild 8-)

Going to be a wet week, so will have to do all the indoor jobs I've been putting off, like cleaning the oven   , cleaning inside and outside of the kitchen cabinets :)

But just not today

Today is a lazy day. I'll get the ironing out of the way later and do the prep for dinner, but that's about it. I have planned my week, so I'll have something to do every day, rather than do it all in a couple of days, then get bored.

I should have gone walking this morning, but it was raining and as I hadn't found anything waterproof to wear, thought I'd give it a miss.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning you three.

Best of luck with the rain in Spaintugal. Plenty here if you need some. Saundra and I will pay the postage ;)

At least the fog has lifted from the past two days, but it is damp and grey.

Osc's post of yesterday has tipped the balance so I am off to look for a new laptop. This one is about eight years old and will make a good spare / TV for the bedroom. I have a TV dongle, so why not?

Morning all, it is dull and dreary here, but still not too cold. Edward is heading off to play golf shortly. My day involves h/work and wrapping presents. Also I’ll pop out to the chemist later, they didn’t have the full amount of one of my prescriptions on Saturday so I need to collect the balance.

Frank, Edward says to tell you that he is thrilled with the new one, it’s a bog standard HP 14 and had €100 off. We had two, mine was about 12 years old and Edward’s about 10. This is lovely and slim and really fast. We have an external hard drive so he has copied stuff from the two old ones on to it, not that there was much.

No, but I like to know they're clean.

And he'd have a job getting down the chimneys  One has netting to stop the birds nesting and the other has a metal thingy on top

Good morning all.
Grey and 'orrible here.
Is today they shortest day? I hope so.
We have Eliza again. She has got a Princess kit out of a comic and has already turned me into a frog.
Another one here who could do with a new laptop. This one's so old it's got a kick start on it.
Enjoy the rain in Spain!
Have a good day all.

Another dull and overcast day, but it is dry.

I have an HP laptop Osc, it's not new but I'm really pleased with it.

More pressie wrapping to do so will try and get it all done today. Hoping to get it finished this morning so I can flop on the sofa this afternoon.

Hope you all have a good day Image

Osc, Acer Aspire on order for delivery tomorrow as not in stock in store.

Time for me to get the external drive out and start transferring stuff over.

It's Windows 11 64bit Home so should last longer than me.
