Oh crap Jan, just catching up on this.... I am so sorry because I know just how much he annoys you and nothing worse than being surrounded by a neighbour that's a right numpty. Thing is he can't even look after the land he has now, how will he cope with more? Only silver lining potentially will be that the land will be kept clear and hopefully provide a fire break for you if ever one were needed?

Sue has been a responsible land caretaker and Ze Felipe has been putting his sheep on it.

He's paid way over the odds for it, Jose down at the bar said it's worth about 10,000€ max :shock:

The access is not easy, down a steep incline from the track and the same from our land. There is another way onto it, but that's right the other side and he won't want to take his animals that way.

He can only cross our land, can't do anything to it. I've already checked the deeds, to make sure.

There is a tree just off centre, so a vehicle can get access, like a tractor.

We'll just have to keep an eye on him.
