Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 20 Mar 2022, 06:29

Good morning.

Warm cloudy sunshine.

Going for a quick run then back to shower etc then off to the airport to pick Jacob up. :Hi: :Hi:

We haven't seen him since December 12 when we dropped him at the airport when he was going to Latvia. He travelled to Estonia too, then Finland, then went to the UK to stay with Craig whilst Lani was in Cape Town.
She came home last weekend. :D

His apartment he rented to the Brazilian couple last March, before he went to Mexico, is now being purchased by them as they love it, so he'll be house hunting soon. :D

Lani's doing well and has a check up at the end of this month.

Us three are going out for lunch which I can see stretching to this evening. I'm glad the DOI final isn't till next week as I doubt I'd have been home to watch it.

Have a great day.

Enjoy your birthday lunch Kaz. xx

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Sunny, but blowing a hooley this morning  and we're expecting thunderstorms and rain :Hi:

So I've got some washing out   Should blow dry before the rain gets here ;)

Sporty watching day today. I have more ironing to do, so will get that out of the way sometime today.

Roast pork for dinner - I must go and get one of our cabbages that survived the voles and we'll have that too 8-)

Glad to hear Lani is doing well Ally xx

Enjoy your lunch Kaz xx

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Ally, that's all such good news! :Hi: :Hi:

Hope your washing dries Jan :D

Morning all :)

It's a beautiful sunny day here again :) Looking forward to my lunch out - a nice Sunday roast 8-) I had a lovely birthday yesterday, all three kids remembered even the boys  Chris sent me some gorgeous flowers, and Harry some Yankee Candle stuff. Becky bought me a beautiful!!! mock-croc purse from Osprey! She's naughty as I know how expensive they are, but I do appreciate it :) I certainly needed a new purse :)

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all, it’s sunny and breezy here. No plan for the day, maybe a walk before the harbour gets too busy. I have sheets ready to hang on the line, first time this year putting stuff outside on the clothes line :D There was so much sport on yesterday that I did a lot of reading ;) Miss Osc and SIL were at the Ireland Scotland match, delighted that they got to see us win the Triple Crown. I did love how thrilled Italy were to beat Wales.

Morning all, it’s a lovely one here. Sunny and quite mild.

I’ve done some housework while John’s walked Bill, plus I walked over to the post office for some stamps too. Now to cut Tom’s hair before starting lunch. I’m going to make a cottage pie today.

John’s off out tonight with our friend Lee. He had a spare ticket to see John Cooper Clarke in Birmingham so asked John if he wanted to go with him.

Lovely news there Ally!

You did well with presents Kaz!

Have a good day all :)

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Good to hear Lani is doing well Ally.
Enjoy your Sunday roast Kaz.
Hope your dish doesn't take off Jan.

We've had a nice lie in, just had some porridge, will do some toast shortly. Usual Sunday for us, rotisserie chicken and veg for dinner, strawberry blancmange with raspberry jelly for pud.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good afternoon.
It's been a sunny day here but with a freezing wind.
MrsC and I went out for Sunday lunch today to a local restaurant; very nice too.
I hope you have all enjoyed your days. Osc, I saw that Italian try - it was brilliant!
