Sunny and 24 degrees forecast.

This time 32 years ago Don and I were saying 'we do' in Jamaica.

Driving to Guadalmar this morning, will park up, then Jackie and I are walking from there to Benalmadena port and back. A nice round trip of 16kms.

Jack actually bought herself a pair of Skechers yesterday as she is determined to carry on with 'this walking malarkey ' as she calls it.
Luckily she lives right next to a couple of country parks which is good.

Back home to chill in the sun in the afternoon.

This evening Conor is coming over and him, Jacob, Don, Jackie and myself are going out to the Chinese restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Been up for quite a while, E's transport arrived at 7.30am, he's on his way to the RNOH. Think he'll have a long day, his MRI is booked for 11am, but he has to wait till 1pm for his bloods.

Off for my shower and after brekkie plan to have a good tidy up.

Grumpy needs a haircut, so that will be done after his shower. Ourique later, for the normal shopping, although have to go to the library to get more books.

Also popping in to see Chris and Lucy. They very kindly have printed off a form I need, to move my nhs pension, as we're having to close our bank in Guernsey and typically, it can't be done over the phone, they need my signature. Not a problem. Will take them some lemons as a thank you And cuttings I've taken for them, which are looking quite perky

Out for dinner to the Adega tonight, with David and Rita, before they go back to Canada for the summer They'll be back in September.

They're huge but she has 22kgs baggage allowance.

It’s very grey and blustery here. I’m waiting for the bus into town as it might pour at any moment Meeting J for a cuppa as per usual on a Wednesday, then will go to D’s. Home by 2.30 for an important phone call. Maybe Zumba tonight will play it by ear.
