Evening all, we’ve been out and about today, not long home. We had dance practice this morning, and because we didn’t have Michael and Kellie today, we were able to stay for the cuppa and chat afterwards. On the way home, we went to visit Edward’s BIL in the hospice, I was a bit nervous as I had never visited anyone in a hospice before. But it was fine, J was in good form, looked better than when we last saw him and told us he is reconciled to his situation. We just chatted as we would normally, J has a good dry sense of humour so we had some laughs.

After that, Edward said we would go out for an early tea, so when we got home we popped into the pub next door - Edward had a burger and I had seafood chowder, very tasty. Now settled for the evening with a cup of tea and hot cross bun and looking to see what’s on the telly.
