Good morning Tuesday

Postby cruiser2 » 28 Jun 2022, 03:51

God morning everybody,

Have had a restless night. The sun is coming up and there are blue skies with a few clouds.
Will be doing housework today when I finally get up and dressed.

May get back to sleep but I have been awake for nearly an hour. May try and have a read see if that helps.

Morning Cruiser, morning everyone

Sunny start, with only a slight breeze, so should be warmer today.

Sorry you had a rubbish night Cruiser, I often have trouble sleeping. The best thing to do is to make a cup of something warm and just read. Then snooze during the afternoon ;)

More outside stuff for me today although I do have some ironing to do. Hopefully get back in the pool too. That wind has been far too cold to even think about it and far too strong to put the cover back on.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

Hopefully you'll sleep better tonight, Cruiser xx

Hope you get your swim, Jan xx

It's sunny again today, but still windy which means cooler :cute: Will walk into town to get my steps, then have lunch with D. Jan I have a ton of ironing waiting - hate it

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning everyone :D

A lovely sunny start to the day here. Got up half an hour earlier than normal so I would have time to water the allotment on my way to work. I gave myself an hour to do that and ended up only needing half so caught an earlier train. Big boss is in today so most colleagues are coming in which is nice.

Cruiser, sorry you had a bad night - hopefully tonight is better for you.
Jan, definitely no where near as windy here as where you are, but same in that the wind has a definite chill to it. We're end of June and night time temps are still in high single fingures or low doubles - madness.
Kaz, enjoy the lunch with D. And hope you get some of the ironing done. I hardly ever iron - most of my clothing is stretchy type fabric that doesn't need it. I'd probably iron more if I could leave the ironing board up 24/7 but I don't have space to do that; and I find it a pain in the you-know-where to keep getting it out and putting it away etc....

Well another work day for me so nothing exciting to report. Have a lovely day all x

Good morning all, it’s gone a bit dull in the last few minutes. It’s very breezy too.

Bill’s had his walk and the washing has been done and is out on the line. Just doing housework now, there’s an Amazon parcel due at some point although it’s not out for delivery yet.

Have a good day all :D

Morning all, it’s wet and dreary here. Edward is not playing golf and wants to go to a hardware place to get stuff for a job he wants to do for his sister. As the cinema is near where we are going, we’ve decided to go and see the Elvis movie, we’re hearing great reports about it. May I just mentione that I did all my ironing yesterday :cute:

Cruiser, I occasionally get a night when I don’t sleep, an afternoon nap in the chair is always a good idea ;)

We’re seeing that tomorrow night Osc, I don’t know a great deal about Elvis but I’m really looking forward to seeing it.

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny 8-)

We'll be slathering up with the Factor 50 shortly ready for the steps and a walk along the seafront. So lovely to be doing it again.

Hope you all have a good day xx
