That’s lovely, like Kaz said you wouldn’t get much here for that. Old terraced houses and little two bedroom starter homes are going for more than that.

I bought my house in 1964 for £3000. It is a normal 3 bed semi detached. We have since had aan attached brick garage added as
well as extnding the kitchen.

One of the houses at the top of the crescent has just been sold for £220,000. THe For Sale sign was only up for a week, before
the SOLD sign went up.

It is a lovely house but the surrounds are a bit rock and commercial for us. We do like a garden even if it is a lot of work.

What did get me though was "Traditional Cottage for Sale"

My scale of "Cottage" is a bit smaller...
