Appears to be on the increase.
Criminals appear to have little fear of the law, of the consequences of their actions.
In Liverpool over the last weekend three people were violently killed, all women.
A mother trying to break up a fight, stabbed to death.
A thirty year old young woman, shot dead in her own back garden and a nine year old child, shot dead in her own home when a convicted drug dealer was fleeing from someone shooting at him. Her mother and the target were also shot.
In Cardiff a criminal released half way through an eight year jail sentence broke into a house and raped a mother and her fourteen year old daughter whilst high on drugs, five days after being released from jail.
In the next village from us a young man died after being sucker punched by another criminal who had been released from jail early.
As for London, I can't keep up. Six people murdered over four days recently. Also a 4x4 being driven at 120mph in the early hours of the morning with the inevitable resulting crash, death and injuries.
Last week we had a white VW Golf being chased by the police at 100mmph along the main road.
There's no fear of the police or the useless justice system.
Something needs to change because innocent people are dying because of the failings of our criminal justice system.
