Morning all

An early start for me and going to be a busy day so figured I better pop on now quickly to say hello given I've not been in touch much the past few days
It's been a busy week work wise - four days in the office and a board meeting and so much travel to arrange for colleagues; it's all going rather mad at the moment. Let me tell you I am so so glad I decided to accept that holiday offer; I am going to need it

Helping my friend today to get her dog to the vet; he needs to be there by 8.30; but also feeding cats for two sets of neighbours and need to do that before I head over to pick up the dog (oh and I've got to empty my car so the dog can actually get in). Then as I was going to bed last night I realised I hadn't renewed my car insurance so had to do that first thing this morning; it's just all getting so so expensive but oh well; needs must and my own fault for not taking the time to focus on this and shop around as much as I should have.

There's me thinking gleefully the temps were going down....why is it forecast 35° today and tomorrow then?!

A nice early swim awaits.

I think a day pool and palm tree based will be necessary.

Lovely, sunny and warm morning Another 35C here

Washing out and I'd hoped that the spraying of weeds could be done this morning, but Molly has gone out instead, that's put off again

So I'll get my cooking head on and do some soup and a casserole. We're expecting rain and a lot colder from Monday, well, 26C will feel a lot colder

No idea what Grumpy will be doing, he wants to paint the pool wall and the wall where we had the ginormous satellite dish that is now a baby duck pond

One minute dull the next sunny

Well providing it doesn't start to rain we'll be off out for a walk in the next hour or so, it does look a tad windy so we're bound to get blown along Love breathing in the sea air, I never stop feeling so lucky to live here.

Usual Saturday stuff here, back to normal with a bump Out early on for Corretto's and then to see D. Did a medium sized shop at Sainsbury's on the way home. Got most of the holiday washing dried and put away, just a few bits still on the line. Putting my feet up now, and doing the crossword Chilli for dinner
