Morning Ally, Cruiser and everyone

Dull, grey and more wet stuff on its way. 19C for us during the day and 15C at night, so no fire yet.

For a house who have such massive windows, it's very dark in here this morning

Off to Ourique after breakfast for the normal runaround., But also going into the police station, to have a word. Last night wasn't too bad, so actually slept

Pit stop at the bar on the way back, need to post a card to Julia's boys. I picked up several whilst I was in Praia de Pocha and so will post them at random intervals over the next couple of months :D

Stew making when I get back - very much stew weather this week - and do the prep for dinner tonight.

Hope all is well Cruiser x and enjoy your time with your grand daughter x

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s sunny and cool so far. I think rain is forecast for later.

Bill’s had his walk, it wasn’t as muddy as I expected after all the rain we had yesterday.
I’ve got some housework to do and I could do with getting some leaves up in the garden.

Hope all’s well Cruiser, have a lovely time with your granddaughter x

Have a good day all :D

Morning all, it’s sunny but cool here. I will be going to the gym later this morning but will pop up to the chemist first to order prescriptions. Edward is making a batch of apple jelly, we had two containers of juice in the freezer so he took one out to make room for Christmas stuff. We had a successful time shopping yesterday, I got presents for my grand niece and nephews in Cork - I also got two cheap sparkly tops, an unplanned purchase. Normally I work off a list a week before going away but today I’ll be doing lists for the next three weeks because I need Christmas to be fully organised as we only get back a week beforehand. I do love a list! Ironing this afternoon.

Good morning all.
Grey here but at least it'ss not raining!
I hope all goes well Cruiser.
MrsC is out with her sister, I'm waiting in for the garden men to come and do a job for us. Why is it that nobody ever shows up when they say they are going to?
Enjoy the day everyone.

Planning to do a bit of a clear up in the spare bedroom today, definitely not going out in this weather.

No rain as yet, but it's on it's way, you can feel it in the air

Went up to see the very nice policeman who took all the details and then rang me about half an hour later. He wanted to now when we'll be home, if we're not already, as the duty officer wanted a word.

Not long after we got home, up came two policemen I'd spoken to when we had all the problems last time. At least they knew the way

I'm to ring them anytime at all tonight, if it all kicks off again and they will be up to listen. Seems a daft thing to have to do, when the dogs were going bonkers anyway, but hey ho.

Treated myself to a really nice big pot in Aldi. My nice one that I'd had for ab out 20 years had to be thrown out last week, so I'm lucky to find a replacement so soon.

Off down the bar later, we couldn't stop earlier and I need to post that card and check the post.
