22° forecast in sunny Nerja.

First plan is another full English breakfast. (I'm giving up food in January. )

Second plan is a mega walk all along the coast. I love walking right by the sea.

We've booked a table for dinner tonight at somewhere we've never eaten before but had a drink there last night and the menu looked wonderful.

No doubt ice cream will feature in today's plans too.

It is dry and coldbut no frost.
Will be having smoked salmpn and tomatoes for breakfast Used to have it with the grand-daughter when she was young and came for Christmas.
Then just pootling. Will be going for the paper at 9.00 a.m as the little Tesco ony opens then.

We've just woken up! It was a lovely day yesterday, but I feel in need of some fresh air today! Will try to persuade Mick and Fraggle into a good walk We'll be seeing Em and Dave this afternoon, popping round there. Probably look in on D too, if not will ring her.

Gorgeous morning after yesterdays rain. Everything is very fresh looking and it's quite warm outside

Normal working day here, so the washing machine will be on as soon as Grumpy gets up He has the card to clean and wash and this afternoon, we'll go into Ourique to get some money out/do the recycling/get shopping and then pit stop at the bar.

Leftover curry for dinner and I'll take some samosas out of the freezer.

Bright and cold here.
We had a nice steady Christmas day yesterday. We have a lot of meat left over, will be having cold ham and chips later.
The local silver band went round the village yesterday, playing Christmas tunes; it was lovely to see them (and hear them).
We have a lot of recorded TV to watch, and a paper to buy but that's about it.

Morning all, it’s bright and sunny here and there was some frost overnight. We had a great day in Miss Osc’s yesterday, lots of fun and delicious food, got some nice pressies too. Today is usually a day for slobbing around, eating, reading and having a closer look at the pressies, but Edward has taken a notion to go to Arnotts sale to look for new trousers, so as he rarely expresses such a wish, we are heading off into town shortly (I might find a bargain or two also ) We can do the usual stuff when we get home

It's Boxing Day but I have no boxes!!!

Stripped the chicken carcass so I have things for the freezer, and some tasty bits for a curry this evening.

Frozen is on in a while so best get some things done.
