We've been using these, which I suspect aren't LED as such. They were the ones rolled out by the electric companies when the phasing out of the old incandescent bulbs got underway. We've still got loads unused in the airing cupboard (I think they came in boxes of 6 or 8, different wattage), but the ones we have used don't seem to last all that long.
Not very nice and using Neon lighting everywhere was never recommended. Especially without diffusers. I found that my ebook reader was very hard to read with them but easy with an incandescent bulb.
You note it is 20w. To get the equivalent light out of a LED you could use 9w -12w bulbs. Whilst it claims 100w incandescent equivalence, a 9w 4000k led will give you more quality light.
