Good morning.

Sunny and forecast 24°. 8-)

We're getting the bus into Malaga this morning and meeting Jacob and Conor for breakfast. :cute:

Afterwards Don and I are going to walk to the East side along the coast. :D

We'll be out for hours but will make it back in time to nip home, shower then meet up for Friday beers and tapas. :D

Have a great day.

Morning all :)

We had rain last night which cleared away much of the snow….it was back again when we woke this morning though and is still snowing heavily. The local schools are closed although Tom’s is open over in Burton (they closed early yesterday though), buses are only running on main roads at the moment so I’m hoping the Tesco delivery makes it!

Have a good day all :)

Hello all, happy Friday!

Ally, I agree with Cruiser - please send over some of that sunshine!
Jan, same as you, I'm much rather outside than inside, but our weather is just pants :( Enjoy the dinner tonight.
Cruiser, makes sense staying in if you don't have to go out when it's been snowing
Jo, been listening on the radio about the amount of snow further up north... we only had that one morning and it's now just rain, rain and more rain

Usual mix of work from home and pootle day for me. Waiting to hear back from friends re possible dinner plans but that's about it

Have a lovely day all x

Morning all. Weather wise it’s a totally different day from yesterday’s constant rain and strong winds. The sun is shining and the wind has gone right down. No snow for us but the pub next door has been getting a lot of deliveries this morning and most of the trucks/vans have snow on their roofs. Edward had his 6 monthly B12 injection in the local health centre this morning and has now gone to play golf. I need to do ironing as we have a busy enough weekend ahead. This day three years ago, just as the pandemic was starting to change our lives, I got my breast cancer diagnosis, little did any of us know what lay ahead.

Morning all.
Snow here too. it was snowing heavily earlier and settling but now the sun is out and the roads are pretty clear.
I have dropped MrsC off in town as she has a dentist's appointment.
Not really a day for walking around. Many of the local schools are closed. In the winter of 1963 our schools were open every day, but I suppose the teachers tended to live closer to scholl then.
Have a great day everyone.

Hello everyone :)

Well it snowed here in the night, as it was on the car, but had stopped by the time we got up at 8. Driving up to Hucclecote to Em’s for our meeting suddenly huge great flakes came down thick and fast! I sat watching it start to settle, from her conservatory, but as we walked up to the community centre it stopped, and when we emerged at 10.30 the sun was out and it felt like spring again :? Mick picked me up and we went for breakfast, as I was starving by then  We’re round D’s now, and Mick is still trying to get some sense out of BT about her landline- it’s been 16 days now  :cute: :cute:

Lots of posts already so I will just wave to everyone :D xxxxx

Good afternon.
It has gone-the snow. Not a sign of it anywhere. Just a lovely blue sky but a cold wind. Have been to town on the bus. Wanted a battery for a small clock
and to the bank and some food shopping.
Now just pootling. Have been to se the lady who I get a paper for. She has just come back from seeing her son in Austarlia. Said she was upgraded
on one leg of the flight from First Class to Business Class.
Got the CH back on as it is still too cold without it.
Have a good day everybody
