Morning all, it was raining when we got up but has stopped and is a bit brighter but cold and very strong winds forecast. On my FB memories, I see that we had breakfast in the garden this day in 2009, that wouldn’t happen today  Edward is going for a haircut at 11.30 and I’ll be having my cut and colour at 1pm - we always have our hair done on the same day, that way we can keep track. There is a wash in the machine, I did all the current ironing yesterday and cleaned one bathroom so only the second one to be cleaned today. I also want to go to the post office to take out some money, and I’ll get my prescription while I’m out.

I’m another who doesn’t like driving at night, but I have to as otherwise we would have no social life.

Our problem, apart from not being able to see properly  is we don't have street lights, white lines or cat's eyes and the roads are quite narrow in places.

And you come across wild life whilst driving. A wild boar this morning   having a wander in the middle of the road

Glad you're feeling better Kaz and hope yours clears up soon Jo xx

Osc, I had to have my padded coat cleaned last week, as it has a nasty mark on it from when I brushed against a car in the car park. I was hoping to be able to put it away then for next winter, but I've been wearing it every day :cute:
