Morning all :)

Hot sounds good to me, Al :D xx

Well this is our last morning in Manchester - breakfast at 9, then our train to Brum is at 11.23, we have half an hour there :D before our connection to Gloucester 8-) Mick’s picking us up from the station. He’s had a busy weekend glossing the doors and skirting boards - easier when the house is pretty empty

We’ve had a brilliant time, very successful as both Julie and I found our outfits :D Well she got her whole outfit including shoes, bag and fascinator,, I just found the dress but have plenty of time for accessories. The Trafford Centre was HUGE and loads of great shops - I will be back  Lovely meal last night at Hannah and Armand’s - all in all a fantastic weekend!

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Morning Ally, Kaz and everyone

Sunny and a very pleasant 25C later.

Glad you had such a good time Kaz, and found the right outfit :Hi: Safe travels home x

A lazy day today. We'll be out in the garden, sorting things out, new plants etc and a spot of gentle weeding for me.

We had planned a bbq for later, but I forgot about the footie, so I'll take something out of the freezer instead. Still got loads of meals to get through

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're

Morning all, it’s nice and sunny here but looks like it could change quite quickly. I have some hand washing which I’ll hang out rather than have it dripping in the spare bathroom. I might make some soup and iron sheets, but otherwise nothing planned.

Kaz, seems like you had a great weekend, looking forward to seeing a photo of your dress.

Good morning everybody.

Itis dry but not warm. The sun is trying to come out but still lots of grey clouds.
Have been to Asda this morning. Have to go past a sports centre. The car park was full and cars were even parked on the road on
double yellow lines. Have never seen it so busy on a Sunday morning.

Kaz, next time you cometo the Trfford Centre I could come for lunch with you. It could be my treat. Not been for everal years.
May have to go as I may be buying an Apple laptop for grand-daughter. A combined birthday and Christmas prsent.

Just pootling this afternoon.
Have a good day everybody.

Morning all!

Like Kaz I’m a train traveller today. On my way to Wembley with Joe and his friend Ryan (who appears to have half cleared the beer aisle in Tesco before he got to the station  )

The Trafford Centre is fabulous isn’t it Kaz! Looking forward to seeing wedding pics with you all in your outfits!

Cruiser, what a lucky lady your Granddaughter is - that’s a very generous gift!

Have a good day all x

Morning all :D

Wet

Glad you had a good trip and found an outfit Kaz.

Plan to start the packing today, everything's washed, ironed and sorted. I have a couple of sets of packing cubes, they make it so much easier, should get quite a bit done. Other than that, having a steady day, no roast dinner, we'll be having an M&S cottage pie for dinner, easy peasy.

Hope you all have a good day xx
