A swim first then walk into town to get a few bits and a stamp to get a birthday card posted.

Conor's coming over late afternoon and taking us out for dinner tonight.

I'll watch Masterchef on catch up. It's finals week.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Mist now gone and the sun is out. Cool, still and a chance of showers. They said that yesterday, but we had nothing

Ironing this morning and then back to being a palm hairdresser later. I did some the other day, until I got blisters, so had to stop They look a lot better now they've been trimmed. The one's outside the bar have been given a very severe haircut and look fantastic.

Will be watching Masterchef later

Will be havinga good tidy up today. Grand- daughteris coming this afternoon. Going to Lemington Spa on Friday evening. She has had to change her plans because
of the train strikes. She does not drive.
So I may not be posting for a couple of days. We have a good time together going to different places. She is 26 now.

Morning all, we’re up and at it early as I have an MRI at 12.00. So we are going into town to do our final holiday shopping and have lunch out. It’s a glorious day and forecast to stay like that. I don’t like MRIs as I am claustrophobic but I’ll just have to be a big girl and get on with it! Some retail therapy will help

It's a dull day here, but as I have a really sore throat and headache we're not going out anyway. I heard from my friend Emma, she has the same so we reckon we must have picked it up on Friday, at the SW meeting. The hall there is very stuffy in summer, there are no windows, just a firedoor propped open

A working from home day for me. I jetwashed the patio on Saturday and generally have been doing bits and bobs trying to tidy; one of the other jobs I finally managed to do today - washing the covers for the outside chairs so they're on the line drying - perfect weather for it; very breezy with sunshine!
