Morning all :D

Bright and sunny here 8-)

Ed felt decidedly icky all day yesterday so was in bed by 8.30pm and slept right through till 7am. Luckily he's feeling better this morning. His BP is a bit on the low side so getting up and having a wash does make him a little shaky, but he's had his brekkie and so far isn't feeling sick again, fingers crossed.
Having said that, I had to ring our surgery first thing to tell them his dressing looks a bit mucky and I wasn't given any spares so am unable to change it. I also said lancing it does mean it's more susceptible to infection and with his history that's a huge worry. The receptionist was brilliant and immediately got in touch with one of the doctors who asked a nurse to ring. She rang back very quickly, but did ask if I could get him to the surgery again. I told her it's really difficult and unsafe as he had to lie on the backseat and couldn't properly wear a seat belt. The result, a nurse will visit sometime this afternoon.

Nothing much else happening, was planning to pop to the small Tesco, but managed to get some bananas from our little local when I went round for the papers.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Hope the nurse can sort it all out and his bp is a worry too.

Spent a fortune on wood and it's coming tomorrow :Hi:

Ria, there are concerts and speeches and dancing and all sorts of stuff going on, all day and into the early hours. It's also a local holiday.
