New King Charles coinage

The Beeb has a feature on the new-style King Charles III coins to be introduced next year.
They're certainly very different and very distinctive, but I'm blowed if I can work out the dormouse on the 1p, even in close-up.

Ossie, go to a search angine and type - Hazel Dormouse. Now go to Images and scroll down. You will see an image of one sleeping. It is almost the same as the coin, but a mirror image, and that the leaf is to the side and not on the bottom.

The Hazel dormouse is also known as the "common" dormouse, but we could not have one of THOSE on the King's coinage, now could we? Hazel it is, then.
