Off to Ourique soon, do the normal supermarket run, get some prescriptions from the chemist and then back home.

Will ring Mitchell - he'll be up by then - to see if he's okay for our lunch out or not.

If he is, we'll meet him a the Palma, if not, I'll get something out of the freezer for us.

Good morning everybody,

It is only 15C with grey skies. No rain.

Ha a phone call last night to say my grand- daughter will not be coming up to see me. She has Covid so is staying at home. She can work from home but will not be able to
go out to clients premises. So will have to cancel her appointment for a facial and manicure. Also the evenong meal we were going to have at a local pub. So I will not see
her again this year. Will have a phone call with her before Christmas.

Otherwise it is just another day pootling.

Morning all, it’s dull and dreary here. Lots on my list for the day including ironing and a trip to the post office to take out some money. I had another few things to do but did them yesterday evening while Edward was watching football. Going to dance class tonight.

A bit colder here today, and still grey and damp.
The council leaf sweeping machine has been up and down our street today and done a very good job too.
I've been out for a paper and to get some money for Steve the decorator.
He is charging us £220 for the two days it will have taken for him to paint the bedroom, which I think is reasonable.
Cruiser, what a shame for you.

We had a good night, only got up once and slept through till gone 8.30. Need to sort out Friday's Sainsbury order, also need to do an Ocado order, we're running short on some of our M&S favourites. The problem with Ocado is they have quite a high order amount to qualify for low cost delivery so I'll have to do a big stock up. Think that's my morning taken care of.........

Afternoon all, it’s a grey one.

I’ve shampooed the carpets on all three floors this morning. I started with Joe’s room to give it chance to dry before he got back from working away tonight and it’s a good thing I did seeing as he texted earlier to say they were on an earlier ferry back to Southampton and will be back late afternoon. I’ll go and make his bed up after posting this, nice to come back to clean bedding.

Hope your granddaughter is soon better Cruiser, hopefully you’ll see her in the New Year.

It went expensive

turns out it's a ceramic crown that broke so that'll need replacing - but going with a stronger type. She's been a super star and is fitting me in as quick as she can so it's all sorted before Christmas.
