Bless them - Scottish Power.

Ever since the "Energy Crisis" SP has badgered me to pay my gas by direct debit. Their very, very best offer at one point was £170 per month, based on Ofgem's average user prices, so I told them to stuff it and to stop pestering me. I even sent them copies of my meter readings and bills to prove to them how far out they were.

This morning I have received and email with their latest offfer - £30.33!!! £30.33 per month... £30.33p. :D

YES! I win! Careful Frankie 1 - 0 Scottish Power. Rip me off you will not, and that also goes for you Heinz, Napolina, Nestle, Kraft and all your mates. A bean is a bean and a tomato is a tomato. Sod off with your "brands". ;)

Just being curious; how much is your gas bill in winter vs summer Frank?

I'm being hammered at the moment, but not surprising as I was on a price cap until September and only was affected by the hike in energy prices effective October. But it's actually quite eyewatering how much I'm spending for a 1 bed flat
