We're off this morning to Nerja for two days.

First stop, after we've checked in will be a full English brekky.

Dinner tonight in our favourite Indian restaurant.

Itis still dark and windy but no rain.

Just a day relaxing. Will have a phone call frommy son and grand daughter and some friends. Will be having a bottle of wine with my dinner.

Notgoing to the Boxig Day sales. I don't need anaything.

Happy Christmas everyone! It’s damp and dreary here, but not cold. We are going to Miss Osc’s for breakfast, but she has asked us to delay by about 15 minutes as they are running behind time AND their heating isn’t working As Edward says, how do heating systems know it is Christmas Our street is very quiet, people away from four of the houses opposite, and the elderly man in the fifth house was taken away by ambulance on Saturday plus of course the pub will be closed for the day. Have a wonderful day everyone.

Two days in Nerja sound lovely Ally. Osc, not the best day for the heating to go on the blink. Enjoy your bottle Cruiser and Merry Xmas to you too Saundra. Grey here too Jan; it was chucking it down earlier but at least it's not blowing a gale now.

The clan are all showing up today so it's going to be a bit manic. I need to get the stuffing finished, and a few other jobs.

We’ve had a lovely breakfast of croissants and some of D’s sausage rolls Mick is going to collect D shortly - thankfully she’s feeling well enough to join us, just not quite comfortable enough to drive herself yet. Chris should be here any time now I’ve spoken to Harry - he and his dad are going to his aunt’s for the day. Have also spoken to my sister
