Good luck for Monday Jen. That's interesting about AO Kaz. We were always Bosch people but were advised to buy this specific model of Beko. We'll see how it goes.

It is being delayed at the moment because the undertaker is waiting to hear from the hospital whether or not there will be a post-mortem due to the circumstances of his original accident. Even with this, it should be next week - I feel so sorry for his family, they are stuck in limbo.

AO is always the first place I look too. When I was buying the washing machine last week I joined their membership scheme, it was £39.99 for the year but the washing machine was discounted by a further £10, delivery was free rather than £30 for non-members as was taking away the old one and unpacking and taking away the packaging from the new one (those services combined would’ve been another £30).

I thought it made sense to do that as I’m sure that when Tom finds a place to buy I’ll be accepting deliveries of appliances on a regular basis so he can save some money using my account.

I replaced a Hotpoint with a Hoover (as in the brand, not the appliance, can’t wash clothes with a vacuum cleaner). Really pleased with it so far.
