We have loads of left over roast lamb and I can't decide what to do with it other than a Shepherds Pie (my favourite use for left over lamb).
Any ideas - something quick and simple as I want to do something with it for dinner tonight and I feel terrible and really just want to go to bed. I can't ask Mick to cook - obviously! I want to do something that I just sort of bang in a pan and it's done!
Also, I was wondering about making a pie with it on Friday as I have some left over puff pastry that I could use for the top. I wasn't going to bother with a pastry bottom, just a lid. Do you think lamb will be too greasy for a pie though, especially one with a puff pastry top.
I'm going to put some in the freezer. It was a huge piece of meat - we got it out for Monday and then with everything that was going on never ate it. I cooked it for last night but then we had friends come round and we ended up having sausages and chips so I really need to use some of it up tonight!
