Cows eat grass and produce milk.
I do not trust those who want to give Bovaer to cows.
If we have reached the point where farting cows are seen as a threat to the planet then frankly we are living in clown world.

Let's try a few figures to see how "clownish" all this is.

In my 72 years the global population has almost trebled from about 2.5 billion to 7.8 billion.- most of them are now meat eaters. In the UK the population has nearly doubled from 50 million to almost 70 million.

The ruminant herd (GHG producers) now stands at 9.6 million cattle (1 for every 7 of us) 32 million sheep (1 for every 2.125 of us).then there are a hundred thousand or so goats to add in. Pigs (4.7 million of them) also produce GHGs.

In total agriculture and livestock gives off over 49% of the UK's GHG emissions - methane and CO2. That's more than the 41% from fossil fuels used in industry, transport and our homes. Anything that we can do to reduce agriculture GHS emissions has to be a good thing especially if it does no harm to the animals or us.
