We got there early for our first one. The BBC hired a YTV studio so we were all gathered in the foyer, including the panellist and their assistants, prior to the start. When it came time for us to hand in our questions it was noticeable that the assistants were clocking the most popular topics.

When the show ran it was amazing that national figures knew so much detail about a local issue: the Leeds Supertram project.
