As one who is interested in the environment/climate (others will testify) it drives me insane when I see money being thrown at these Micky Mouse schemes. I couldn't care less that the farmers might be connected with freedom fighters, or whatever.... the idea in itself is bloody hopeless, in the grand scheme of things. As for rain-men predicting the weather by looking at ants and listening to the wind blowing over bottles, words fail me.
