Depending on mood - cheese spread on its own, or with marmite on toast 8-)
And on fast days, that on Lidl crispbreads is so good :D

It's pretty much my fave brekkie Di for everyday - Dairylea on toast with or without Marmite. Or on rice cakes when I'm being good ;)

My new daily pill needs food, which the old one didn't, so it's a nuisance - but means I get to have the crispbread with dairylea & marmite just about every day :D

My staple breakfast when I was on WW was 2 ryvita with the light cheese triangles and either tomato or cucumber on the side - yum

How bizarre, I took a tin of sketty hoops to work the other day and only when I got there did I remember we don't have a toaster, so I put them in a mug, heated them in the microwave and ate them like soup

Eeeuww I couldn't do that   Daft isn't it :D

For my lunch today I had some leftover baked beans on a little slice of toasted cheese & onion bread, it was really yummy :D
