Are lucky, we had the cases recently of the young woman constantly sexually abused by the man of the house and treated violently by family members. A number have come to light recently. Eastern Europeans attempting to sell babies in yesterday's news. Female mutilation (government "hopes to get prosecutions) slave trafficking, bogus marriages.
I cannot recognise this country as the England I once knew.

The police have been rather restrained when it comes to giving out information about this case. In modern times it is often a race to be first cop in font of the cameras, but not in this instance..... and it is a bit confusing.

We know nothing about the house where they all lived. We know very little about the slaves or how they came to be in such a position. We know that their slave masters are not British, are married, and have been arrested before (1970s). That's about it.

Yesterday the story was the story with wall-to-wall coverage from all outlets. Today: nothing. Is that by accident or design?

This couple are criminals, the word Bail infuriates me in so many cases. They are illegal immigrants. Bail gives them a good chance to disappear.
Great that the police are being thorough in their investigation, pity they have not been so in the case Child Mutilation.
And the trafficking that is rife in this country, destroying those young lives that are virtually in slavery.
The fact that this disgusting couple should not even be here shows the prolific failures of the immigration departments.

There's something about this story that doesn't sit right with me, I think there is a whole lot more to come out and actually, I don't believe they were "slaves" if they went willingly into it in the first place. I suspect it will be quite some time before we hear the whole story.

The whole business is beyond my comprehension.

I can only think that perhaps these 'slaves' had been so indoctrinated or perhaps even hypnotized
that, even though they were allowed to go out shopping, they were incapable of breaking free.

Interesting that this couple revered and followed the teachings of Chairman Mau one and the same who B'Liar admitted he admired.

It is now beginning to look as though they were compliant or willing slaves, possible through some sort of programming. Still slaves, but not in the traditional sense as the initial headlines implied.
