We, our politicians mainly, did all of those things ourselves.


No-one would dispute that, WM, and no-one in their right mind blames the EU for them. But that does not mean that the EU is anywhere near the solution, or the way forward, or the shining path to a rosy future.

Europe? Hell no, if I may be allowed to quote Rodo .....

I am not saying that the EU is the answer Ossie, all I am pointing out is what our politicians have done, and if those over the next 30 years are as incompetent as those of the past then God help our descendants.
