I bought some ankle boots with a higher heel than that for John's office night out. Never ever EVER will they be on my feet EVER AGAIN!!! They were THE most uncomfortable pair of footwear I've ever worn, even sitting down they made my feet and ankles ache - I only walked probably a total of 250 yards in them and it wouldn't have been that far if the car park at the venue had been tarmac rather than gravel

  Oh Jo that did make me laugh   Sounds like the little boots Beck bought for a 'do' up at Hartpury. By the time she was across the car park, she'd taken them off and remained barefoot all night

I was with her when she bought them (guess who paid!) and tried to tell her, but she insisted they'd be ok

Thanks Debih :D

Some of us gals (Jo and myself leading the way) are of the biker boot, Converse, DM, flat shoe, bumper boot brigade. :D

Our lovely glam Kaz leads the way in the real deal heel brigade. :D :D :D

Those boots you bought today are high in my non-heeled pump opinion.

I had to buy some 'proper' heeled shoes for Con's funeral ( :( ) and literally had to cling onto Don or my boys for support..I just couldn't walk properly in them. :?

And to think I used to to walk/dance/run for a bus many moons ago in skyscrapers.

Ooooh I like them! I have a pair similar except they are a more reddish kind of colour, I don't wear them often enough though.
