Another damsel in distress

I defragged my computer last week, using something that a friend recommended.

Ever since then, I keep getting "install adobe reader". On every page I go on vitrually It will go away, once it's been clicked on "don't install" twice.

I've even tried installing it, but it came back with that it couldn't because internet explorer was open.

Help please xxxxxx

Ton, adobe flash player is a necessary evil I am afraid.

WARNING! Make sure to untick the McAfee offer in the centre panel then click the Install button.

If the flash player cannot install from the site Adobe will download a manual installer - make sure to take a note of where it is to be located on your computer, then close the browser. Go to the place where Adobe downloaded the installer and double click on it and follow the instructions. Once installed the annoyances should stop.
