Thanks for all your comments. It seems, then, that the problems we had were not related to the BT hub.

No doubt Mrs A needs to keep using her tablet. I'm afraid I can't be much help to her
as my patience is wearing thin when it comes to trying to master new technology.

Hint for WM.

Full N networking is not available unless you use AES. I never knew that but read it.

I've also had issues with my cordless phone impacting the router. More devices connected, worse impact.

I had 2 tablets a MacBook Air and my Android phone on the router last night. I had to reboot it as it became sulky. Ethernet was fine.

Just some thoughts to play with.
