Celebrity Dee Kelly

We should call it the broadcasting Trash Station. The woman done for theft by her ex employers
Is now sought after , she is now an authority on Depression The only ones depressed are those paying a licence
Fee to turn the TV onto see her and the likes of her being given star status.
I must admit the makeover has improved her appearance somewhat.
I am also including the injustice of the Young American father dying of cancer
Being sent back to the states leaving behind his children and his ex service wife.
The family had sufficient money to support themselves.
In today's paper we read of the Muslim who sexually interfered with a student child
When she and her brothers were being taught the Koran.
Not imprisoned due to the fact this wife has "No Command of the English language"
And he is the father of six children
reaping in benefits courtesy of the good old crooked system
And those wonderful Uman Rites. Now I wonder whether Social Services will visit and keep an eye
On those six children. I think we know the answer.

White Dee was always going to be the new Jade simply because she has a personality. It might be one we do not like, but it's there. And it was not the BBC Kate, it was C4 who made her a "star" so no cost to the licence fee payer.

I tell you what is also shocking, as well as the things you mention, the news that the NHS has records of over 400 cases of FGM....... but there has not been one prosecution. It's "supposed" to be illegal FCOL!

Thanks for the corrections Frank, much appreciated.
I just despair how criminals are treated with such aplomb and consideration not necessarily referring to Dee Kelly but in general, and the innocent
more often than not pay the price if they confront criminals and if under threat they retaliate and are arrested.
We have become an odd country Frank, it's one law for one, and another for the the other.

There's something drastically wrong with the law enforcement business in this country.

Why can't the police be made to do the job they are paid to do? Are they a law unto themselves?

Why doesn't the Government do something about it?
They could sack the bl**dy lot and put the army in charge of law enforcement.
That's what I would do - and I'd bring back the death sentence for serious crimes.

I'm sick and fed up with the way this country has deteriorated.
It couldn't have become much worse if Hitler had won the war.

Talking of being given star status, I'm enraged to see that Chris Huhne is now a regular columnist in the Guardian on-line.

But then I guess that's a prime example of the "Establishment" looking after its own .....

You are correct Os! like B'Liar and all the other Trash and the self serving crooks and failures in government , public offices,
Children's departments, all caught out "and promoted" when their failures come to light. I agree with Aggers. We may have won the last war (we certainly have not won any of the wars in which we have got involved in since) but we Have Lost The Peace.

Just seen on the TV where a motor cyclist killed a pedestrian. Only got two years in prison as this was the maximum sentence he could be given as he was not charged with careless or dangerous driving.

Sentence reduced by six months as he pleaded guilty and he was out in nine.
This was not his first motoring offence.

I think that more emphasis should be put on the requirement to tell the truth in Court, and
that there should be an automatic doubling of the Sentence if it is shown that the defendant
has told a lie - including a plea of "Not Guilty".
