That would certainly seem to be the intention.

Still; Look North saying "What good do these kind of programs do?" could equally be countered by saying "But is it true?".

Because many of our politicians would rather that this type of program wasn't shown.

I don't want this country to become one where the truth gets buried when it becomes inconvenient.

What INFURIATES me is the fact that they are cutting needy benefits to the bone for truly disabled individuals .
My daughter has been told she must get a job and that she is to lose what little help she gets !not even enough to pay for heating, phone, water and other outgoings. Her disability was stopped she has Tuberous Sclerosis, thank God of normal intelligence, her life was destroyed by the botched surgery in Addenbrooks !!!! Some NHS! and neglect of previous doctors ignoring her symptoms for six years, And the fact that "Of low intelligence" infuriatingly was written on her medical notes.this is a woman who travelled the length and breadth of the UK holding down a demanding job for six years as UK and N Ireland with a team of workers under her she was manager for the UK and N.Ireland of a big charity that cares for homeless women and children,
"No Pension"
These damned doctors kept telling her all was well, however following my taking her to London the Consultant stated she needed surgery urgently. She had it in Addenbrooks and the goitre on the right side of her neck had travelled to the other side of her throat, and down to her breast bone. Her thyroid and the mass was removed damaging the windpipe that has narrowed to such a dangerous degree, she finds it difficult to breathe and faces a tracheotomy (that she refuses to have as she is terrified. Any exertion takes her breath away, walking anxiety, stress, she is just 53 has always worked and is now reduced to an invalid.
I tried to sue but her case was turned down, the damned NHS and the judicial system is joined at the hip.
Yet we see criminals getting legal aid. Foreigners threatening taking officials to court unless they get their own way. Some silly ass tripping over when on duty getting unbelievable compensation. Yet those truly needing help are refused it.
Great Britain? That's the joke of the century :| :| and now inspite of having to wear a disk Incase of an emergency she and the real genuine tragedies are turned down "no help" coming and what little they had is being removed.
Sorry about this rant, but on seeing how this country bends over backwards to help immigrants and leaves our own truly needy
Men women and children in the gutter infuriates me.

Kate your daughter's story is a shocking one :( ((((((((((((((((x))))))))))))))))))

Sadly it seems that the genuine people are the ones who are suffering in the current cutbacks, probably as they are easy targets :( :( :(

My fury was that she was labelled. Terrible I just wonder what kind of people we have running the NHS. But then we all know it's the luck of the draw.

All this makes me more certain that we should all vote for UkIP at the next General Election.
We are letting in far too many immigrants, who only come here to exploit our benefit systems.
It can't go on like this. It's sheer madness.
Our bloody Government want lynching.

What is so terrible are the type of individuals who set themselves up as experts."drips under pressure".
Every area we look at has gone to pot schools, hospitals, surgeries, etc etc, those in the private sector like old peoples homes given contracts costing the tax payers a fortune "that fail" and those who suffer as a result are dismissed as trouble makers. Our Democracy is being eroded by the day.. I dread in my old age what lies ahead for my children.

Kate -- This is interesting.....

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... ed-99.html

(The newspaper says she was 89, but the on-line version can't make up its mind whether she was 89 or 99.)

Do you know the feeling? I do.

We need to continue to Fight The Good Fight Aggers, not many of us left. However frustrating it gets rid of some of anger.
Look at today's. News. More filth in Westminster, all well hidden in the attempt to keep the filthy rats protected before and when their disgusting dirty antics are blown. UKIP ? Definitely.
