Austrian GP

Willkommen in Zeltweg, Österreichring, A1-ring.

A smashing little circuit. Up hill and down dale, narrow, with some off-camber corners, and a great view of about 80% of the track from the "free" hill between corners two and three.

Williams has always been my team, regardless of the drivers, but I am so, so happy, for Felipe and Valtteri - Pole and 2nd.

Poor coverage by the BBC, and a big shame for the Williams drivers.

It is a confidence thing, and if Williams had just that bit more confidence things might have been different.

I feel a bit sorry for Seb, it is the car's fault, not his.

I like Seb, he is gracious in defeat

So sad for Felippe and yes I agree they need to believe

Thrilled for Nico though

Didn't Hamilton do well on lap 1? Nice to see Mercedes actually being challenged in a normal race situation, by Williams. Felt a bit sorry for Massa. A slow pit stop put him behind his rivals. Perez did well again for Force India; he certainly makes his tyres last.
Kvyat had a strange accident, didn't he? Something on the car seemed to break as he was driving in a straight line.
I think Vettel is probably considering taking a 5 gallon can of regular unleaded and a box of Swan Vestas to his car! Christian Horner has been saying that the Renault engine's problems are "unacceptable". Does this mean Red Bull are looking for another supplier?
