Wouldn't it be lovely, sumptuous carpets, gold plated taps, spa bath, fridge full of food and a pampered pooch to cuddle. :lol: :lol:

Lol Mm, that's like a babysitting job my first proper b/friend and I had :D

You can't imagine it now probably, but we used to go to a house where the owners had a baby; they and two other sets of parents would go out once a fortnight, leaving us in charge of 3 little babies.
Which actually was fine, there was never any problem, usually they just slept, and we were very responsible and would check on them every 30 minutes, creeping in :)

But far more important was that the owners of the house had a spaniel, which had puppies :D
The first time we went, she was pregnant, so then we were there with the 5 puppies at 2 weeks old, etc, for several weeks, oh it was lovely :D
And yes, they used to leave all sorts of lovely stuff in the fridge, an actual meal in a low oven...and be terribly grateful :D
