Cameron finally gets the message, or does he?

Postby KateLMead » 17 Aug 2014, 08:49

David Cameron has finally realised the vulnerability we are facing in UK, he warns we face dangers from ISIS
And other radicals. "And we have plenty of them". Those of whatever nation living here who have gone to fight with
this murderous bunch or supporting these supposed Followers of Allah, who are slaughtering men women and children burying them alive!!!! should never be allowed back into the country whatever it takes, and a close watch should be kept on their families and associates.
I note we have seen No mass protesting against what is happening from the Muslim community
Easy for them to say they were not aware of their sons political leanings. And disgraceful that any one associated with them
Like the two women who were smuggling money. One got off. "She should not have, she was and is guilty by association."
Well what will Cameron's next move be.?

Is he actually intending to do anything, or is he just echoing popular sentiment?

As a generalisation in my opinion, the whole of the UK has got too soft , they listen to the "do gooders" far too much these also the health and safety brigade.

OK I accept we need some health and safety enforced in our daily lives but in many cases it has gone much too far.

I also accept we need some humanitarian morals and values to ensure the vulnerable are protected.

However what is happening is that the swing has swung too far and it often penalises innocent activities.

We are now facing problems in the UK arising from the current political state of many countries, we have lots of UK residents from all these countries and their various religions, lots of whom are now in their 4th or even 5th generations of being british, but, many refuse to accept our laws and customs and seem bent on creating a mini version of the countries they chose to leave to live "our" lifestyle some by choice some by persecution in their homeland.

I have no problem at all with them living in the UK nor even living next door to me I am in no way racist, however were I to go to their country I would be expected to abide by their laws etc, so they in turn should abide by ours if they wish to stay here.

But back to the original post again I have to agree it is time something is done to address this situation before it really does get out of hand.

The Moslem community is a fifth column in the UK and has been at work for decades slowly chipping away at our values, by using our laws to its own ends, while it slips away into its Sharia ghettos and no-go areas.

We have gone from complaints about the display of piggy banks on a windowsill. and the wearing of (non Islam) religious symbols at work, to Hala meat in schools and supermarkets regardless of whether Moslems attend or shop there. They have used out natural desires of fair play and acceptance against us, and despite many reservations to the contrary, from many people, we have been shouted down as racists, Islamaphobes and so on.

It remains to be seen whether this is Cameron playing politics or whether some real action will be taken.

Yes, WM, and one thing we need to turn the spotlight on those who have facilitated all this happening.

For example, the Church of England is complicit in this. Rowan Williams, the Sharia law apologist, for starters.

Earlier this year, at the end of a service, I personally challenged one local visiting preacher who I felt was taking too much of a pro-Islamic stance. These people are only part of the whole, but we need to out them and challenge them where we can.

Time will tell whether he gets it or not.

What he needs to realise is that you don't always have to be at the head of the mob. Sometimes you have to take the lead and bring the people with you. A very different style of leadership. He might want to go talk to Alex Salmond about that.....

Apparently John Lewis is stocking hijabs (those headscarf things) for school uniform, now that made me feel sad, and angry too :(

I think we should be like France and ban the burkha and actually all religion in schools. Let it be secular and leave religious instruction to the parents. if they must.........

That's right Kaz, I mentioned the fact that in Germany the government has decreed that Muslim girls must be allowed to swim with boys. The way these Muslim Schools are going should be a wake up call for every one.
Here in UK we have closed swimming pools for Muslims where they can swim covered from head to foot. And as for them being covered from head to toe, as we learned terrorists will resort to anything as we saw in the case of the Jihadist covering himself in the gear, caught before he could let off the explosives

In France they still have Catholic schools. However they are banned from competing in any of the State School events.

It is how they have chosen to deal with it.

France is, de facto, a Christian country despite its secular government. It has been since the Holy Roman Empire and Charlemagne. Go anywhere in France and you will come across villages and towns named St, Saint or Sainte.

However, since the Republics, there has been a separation between state and government, that is how France deals with it. It works.

In the UK we have the Monarch as Head of State and Head of the Church. We need to separate the two so that our government can rule secularly and not favour one, or more, religious sects.
