It is lovely, but that pool

As soon as Grumpy saw it it - and even I could see that it was out of level - that put the downer on it.

Loved the inside though.

This one has been on the market for a while and I just love those views. Not quite (well, miles away) from where we'd like to be, but hey :D :D :D :D

Now that's gorgeous 8-) 8-) I suppose the big question is are you prepared to compromise on location :?: It said 10 minutes from Mertola, is that walking or in the car? Would you just be able to stroll somewhere for a coffee or a few bits and bobs, or would you have to use the car all the time, and if you did would that be an issue?

I can't fault the property itself, that's my idea of a house in the sun 8-) :D 8-)

It is specialç, isn't it? They've reduced the price yet again.

We think it's a 15 minute drive, rather than 10, knowing the area. There is a small village just down the hill.

But, there are also some open cast mines in the area. They stopped mining about 10 years ago - but you never know. Presumably that's why is quite cheap.

We'll go next week, if it's nice, and have a look around the area. We know Mertola, but for things like hospitals, then it's Beja or Faro , which are quite a way - a good hour.

>Nope.

He obvisouly doesn't like his houses being copied elsewhere.

So, on the drop down menu

price - 100,000 - 200,000
place - olhao
typ - new house
area - all
view - all

We're the one with 195,000 as the price.

It takes me to an Estate Agent's home page, not a specific house. Where do I go from there? :geek:
