Broadchurch

Looks like it could be as good as the last one!

And it also looks like we are going to find out about his (Dr Who's) last case that went badly wrong.

Loved it, especially the :o :o :o moment in the courtroom. Certainly shaping up to be equally as good as the last one, and don't you just love David Tennant!

Yes, I was pleasantly surprised how gripping it was. But what it's got to do now is keep that up, and not wallow!

I wasn't over keen on the original Broadchurch, which meandered around far too much and was really about 4 episodes too long. I mainly watched it as it was filmed in my old stamping grounds of West Bay, Burton Bradstock and Bridport.

Of course, one added incentive in series 2 is the introduction of the gorgeous Eve Myles (ex Torchwood, so another Dr. Who connection) as Claire Ripley .....

And the very wonderful Charlotte Rampling!

I actually thought last night was a bit - meh - ok apart from the not guilty in the courtroom. Hope the rest is better!

I enjoyed it, and hadn't really expected to.
We don't watch many detective-type things but watched the original series so thought it worth a go :)
Love Charlotte Rampling :)

I was a bit disappointed with the conclusion of the first series and now I know why it was so wishy-washy, there was season two waiting in the wings.

I remember being really cross with the ending and feeling cheated. I'll give it another chance but hope don't feel that's another waste of time. Not a David Tennant fan. Not his angst ridden acting nor his looks

We were very disappointed in last night's episode, the glaring inaccuracies in the portrayal of the legal stuff was very annoying, also the scene in Miller's house - how did David Tennant not hear the couple climbing out of the window   I might give it one more week, but it's rather a let down :( :(

Yes, there's been much criticism in the media of this. Personally I wasn't all that keen on the first series, and I actually think this latest one, although slightly batty, is better .... :D
