I shall be shouting at the TV

Postby Diflower » 29 Jan 2015, 18:46

Eat Well for less, BBC1 8pm tonight, will definitely have me shouting :D

Gregg and whoever-else-itis were on Breakfast last week and they showed some clips.
One family went out for their weekly shop - but their fridge, freezer and cupboards were already full of the same things they came home with
I think Bb has arranged to be home late on purpose - but I'm recording it ;) :D

I would like to watch it but I cannot stand Gregg Wallace. He spoils a program for me :(

I simply do not believe these programmes. Put people in front of a camera and follow them around with one and they will act differently from normal. And if there is a "theme" to why they are being watched they will inevitably play up to it.

I am also with you, Lissie, I cannot stand Gregg Wallace.

If anybody wants to eat well for less all they have to do is buy fresh food and prepare it at home. Simples!

What a family of doylums, £260 a week for a family of four on food! And the "experts"reckoned they could save £40 to £70 a week - holy-freeoly.

Anyone who is spending more than about £40 per person/per week on food alone should be shot!
