My basil seedlings are coming along nicely, we have baby cukes and baby tomatoes

My tomato plants (in the polytunnel) are very odd.
They are still really small - they don't seem to have grown at all - but have flowers on. A neighbours are the same - we think it's because May has been horrid.
My polytunnel strawberries are turning red though.
