Not sure on that one Kaz, but we'd get rid of it anyway and have one put in. Costs about 16,000 euros.

But I've told the agent that we're not in a position to view, really, as we know how you feel when you get a viewing and bugger all comes of it

They've been on the market for about 3 and a bit years
