Poor Flora...

I said yonks ago for her to stick to the basics.

This one could be won by any of them, though I think that Nadiyah has the best chance.

Flora was told, initially it was hinted, and then last week Mary told her straight....but she didn't listen or take it on board in any way. The right person certainly went out last night and we have three great finalists :D

I think that by now everyone knows that Nadiya won. She nailed all three sections of the final, though I thought Tamal's cake looked stunning.

Everyone in Leeds, where she lives, is supporting Nad and wanting to give her a big hug. :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

I found it all very emotional, and was really touched to see Mary become emotional too. What I loved about Nadiya is that she always worked very competently and tidly, even when she wasn't sure what she was doing. Her final showstopper was stunning in its relative simplicity, sometimes something simple done to pefection can be better than lots of bells and whistles (the same applies to ballroom and latin dancing). She was such a delightful winner.
