Has I'm a Celeb gone a bit stale?

Postby Workingman » 21 Nov 2015, 22:55

The challenges seem to have got fewer and fewer; and the ones they do have seem to involve little but pouring thousands of cockroaches, crickets and mealworms over the slebs.

If anything it is turning into an open air version of Big Brother.

I've never watched BB Frank..IACGMOOH is the only reality thingy I like but agree totally with you re the challenges.

In fact, the first line of your post was virtually word for word what Don said.

I've missed the last 2 night's episodes and I'm not bothered! :o

Yes!!! I am sick to death of the vile eating/drinking challenges, and the constant cockroach/insect/mealworms being poured over them :|

I have to disagree about it becoming like BB though.....in some ways, yes, because they are pitting 'friends' against each other and trying to make them enemies, but we are also seeing new friendships being made in unlikely quarters. More interesting trials please!!

For something to become stale means it was once fresh.

This was never fresh.

Not a fan, then, Rodo? :P :P :P

The other night was good with the 'It's a Knockout' trial. The girls did well and it was a bit of a laugh with the 'Oh no!' element thrown in.

But last night it was back to the crickets and mealworms and people sitting in the booth bitching and moaning about the others.

Shove up, Rodo, I might be joining you. :o ;)

This has to be the worst series ever.

It is not Lady C. It is all the visits to the booth to enlighten us about their days or to tell us what we have just seen.

And will someone tell that gobby windbag, Vicky, to button it. Her voice grates and that thing she does with her mouth is so off-putting.

Honestly.

I love a real Geordie accent, but her lips and teeth and jaw are all out of sync, yet she still makes a noise from somewhere..... Ah, now I get it. ;)
