Pistorius the murderer.

Postby Workingman » 03 Dec 2015, 10:16

How he was judged to be anything other was the mystery.

The South African Supreme Court has now come to the right decision.

Anyone who is familiar with guns, as Pistorius is, knows that if you spray a bathroom door with bullets at torso height from a high calibre weapon anyone behind that door is likely to die. It does not matter who the person is, Pistorius shot to kill whoever was there.

He was obviously not that scared of whoever was in the bathroom as he attacked the door with a cricket bat. Had they been armed that action would have put him in the line of fire. He must have known that.

Absolutely. His original story was a right load of cock and bull.

Hopefully he will now get what he deserves.

The ZA legal system is a bit odd, but they did what they needed. First get him locked up then take the time to make sure he's put away.

If I were the father of the girl I'd be a bit more comfortable with the end result.

Hopefully, justice will now be done, and a long jail sentence ensues. How deliberately firing point blank through a locked toilet door in your own house can be construed as manslaughter, only the original judge knows ....
