The original question is: "Should we accommodate them?"

The answer is "No!" as Suff and I, and others, have explained.

I am sick to death when the emotional blackmail of 'minors', 'orphans' and 'children' are used as levers against the population to let their parents, siblings, grand parents and aunties and uncles in.

To secure our future we need to stop this influx now, by whatever means possible.

If we do not we will leave the doors open to all the world's poor, from Africa, S.E. Asia, Indonesia, S. America, and all points East and West.

We will be stacking up problems within our own societies and also creating waves of chancers who want an easier life.

Frank, the situation is getting worse out there, towns reduced to rubble, hungry children wandering who have lost their parents, and Putin on the attack in defence of Assad. Between him and the Korean Kim Jong-Un nutter God knows what comes next. More fleeing migrants with children, where can they go..? I do object to the thousands of young healthy males seeking sanctuary who would I am sure be accepted and trained if necessary to fight the enemy.. and am furious that the 4 and 3 star Hotels who are making millions accommodating them are being lambasted by the immigrants demanding the same menu as the guests, and for not being allowed to dine in the same room as the guests. Not all I am sure, but those who are creating trouble should be given their marching orders back from whence they came. All this mayhem we can lay at B'Liars mansions back doors . How he is not in Jail I will never know.

Kate, I hate Blair with a vengeance, but to lay the Syrian civil war at his door is wrong. The Syrian conflict has been in the making for nearly a century, long before Blair, Assad, you and me.

Have a peruse of this timeline it might be a good read.
